I have been practicing Iyengar Yoga since 2004, and am a Level 2 Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher, one of only 19 in the whole of Ireland. You can find me teaching at Studio 9, Galgorm Castle Courtyard, Ballymena, where I run weekly classes and monthly workshops. I am also available for individual and small group personal classes.
